On this number staff can book appointments for both surgeries - and can transfer you to any member of the team to give updates on inpatients or advice for your pet.
Please note we have a queuing system on this number so clients are answered in turn.

Our clinics, first established in 1986 at Blackhorse Road in Kingswood have now become a well recognised provider of quality veterinary care to the local Bristol pet population. To further enhance our services, we have introduced a web site. There is plenty to see and do, from exploring the practice to putting pictures of your own pets on line.

Is now installed and fully functional.
When you telephone the clinic your call will be handled by our new system which will place you in a queue - this ensures that all calls are answered in turn, by an experienced member of staff. You will be greeted by a message - this does not mean we are closed unless the message specifically announces that we are closed. When we are closed you will be given the number of the emergency service on call.
Please note that pressing 1 for emergency does not "jump the queue" as the person answering the emergency number cannot make routine appointments.

CAT & DOG BEHAVIOUR CONSULTATIONS:
Our Head Nurse Michelle has been interested in animal behaviour for many years & attended lots of short courses. She decided to complete a fully recognised qualification in order to offer clients a full behaviour service. She spent a year studying for the advanced diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour & Training & completed & qualified in September 2011. Michelle is now able to offer a full referral service for animal behaviour & is able to tackle any problems you may have with your dog or cat. Michelle can be contacted at either branch to arrange a consultation, or you can speak to any member of staff for more information.
